Background  

As former brand owners, the founders of our company gained over 10 years of first-hand experience in managing large-scale sales and promotion teams in the Chinese consumer packaged goods industry. During that period, they focused on developing their in-store execution capability as the company's main competitive advantage.

To achieve this advantage, the company's in-store execution was audited on an ongoing basis and sales teams were facilitated through practical use of technology. These efforts allowed the founders to obtain the frontline intelligence needed to identify and quantify opportunities to increase sales. The sales teams then received detailed instructions for seizing the most immediate and biggest opportuntities. And with great results: few competitors were able to come close to the company's impressive performance.
